We provide merchant information to your bank to help you easily identify where a purchase was made. We have nothing to do with transactions charged to your account. You need to contact the business you purchased from (the merchant) or your bank directly for assistance.

We cannot assist with transaction disputes

This includes fraudulent transactions, requests to stop charges such as subscriptions and requests for refunds. You need to contact the business you purchased from (the merchant) or your bank directly for assistance.

If you know who the business (merchant) is from the description on your statement, please contact the business your purchased from (the merchant) or your bank directly. We are unable to assist.

If you do not know who the business (merchant) is from the description on your statement, we can investigate to see if there is further information about the business we can provide to you. Please supply the transaction description to us exactly as it appears on your statement.
